Brief History of our Sydney Accountants & Bookkeepers at SIM


SIM International Pty Limited, trading under the name of Simple Accounting & Bookkeeping Solutions, was established in 1992 in Sydney, Australia. The main activity of the Sydney bookkeeping company in this period was the provision of accounting, bookkeeping and financial services to companies in the woolen industry.

In late 2000, during a period of reorganization, the company signed a contract with one of the largest and most up-to-date companies in the woolen industry of Eastern Europe, which included wool processing facilities, a wholesale, and retail network with a total staff of over 3,500 persons.
The main responsibility of SIM International Pty Limited in this new company structure has been to provide accounting and bookkeeping over the whole spectrum of the business activity of the company, including manufacture and its distribution and retail network.

The staff of our company is qualified accountants and members of Australian professional organizations. The experience and knowledge which we have obtained and are constantly upgrading not just within the walls of universities, but to a considerable extent in practice, helps us to clearly determine the requirements of our clients in the field of accounting and bookkeeping. To identify and draw their attention to the most important and sensitive aspects of their business activity and of their financial situation, which often play a key role in the company's commercial activities, and which may at times become a decisive factor in its success, or in uncovering problems which may even threaten the continuing existence of the company.



Since 2009, following the scheduled reorganization, our Sydney accountants' main business activity is providing tax, accounting and bookkeeping services to companies and individuals engaged in various sectors of the economy.
